Tech Tip Tuesday!

Did you know Windows has a built-in clipboard history? Most people only know about copying and pasting one thing at a time, but Windows actually keeps track of multiple things you have copied recently.

Here is how to use it:

  1. Press the Windows key + V on your keyboard
  2. A panel pops up showing everything you have recently copied including text, links, and more
  3. Click any item in the list to paste it right where you need it

If it is your first time using this feature, Windows may ask you to turn it on. Just click Enable and you are good to go.

This is a huge time saver when you are jumping between documents, emails, or forms and need to paste different pieces of information quickly. No more copying and re-copying the same things over and over!

We share tips like this because we believe technology should make your day easier, not harder. If you ever have questions about your work setup, we are always happy to help.
